Creat Account Guide

By agreeing to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy through the Creat Account menu and filling out the required registration fields, your account will be created. You can immediately begin using the service for free.

You don't need to enter all the information required for each order individually. You can always participate in group purchases and auction events. You can participate in events and various discount promotions for members.

Order Guide

Product orders are placed in the following steps.
  • Step1 : Search for products
  • Step2 : Add to Cart
  • Step3 : Member ID Login or Guest Checkout
  • Step4 : Order Form
  • Step5 : Select payment method and proceed to checkout
  • Step6 : Order Success Screen (Order Number)

Guest orders, please be sure to note the authorization number (for card payments) in step 6. However, if you are a member, it will be saved automatically, so you do not need to manage it separately.

Payment Guide

For high-value payments, the card company may call you to verify the transaction for security purposes. During the verification process, if an order is determined to be abnormal—such as the use of a stolen card or an order placed under another person's name—we may arbitrarily hold or cancel the order.

For Bank transfer, you can pay for your purchase via PC banking, internet banking, telephone banking, or by depositing directly at a nearby bank.

The name entered as the depositor during checkout must exactly match the actual depositor's name. Payment must be made within 2 days; orders without payment will be automatically canceled.

Shipping Notice

Additional costs may apply depending on country-specific regulations, such as customs duties and import quantity restrictions. Import duties, taxes, and local certifications may be required in the destination country. Duties are processed under DDP terms, where the shipper bears the cost. We will provide further notice in case of customs clearance delays.

Once your order is confirmed, the product will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) from the payment date. However, shipping for some products may be delayed depending on order volume.
In most cases, your order will be delivered within 30 days. However, this may be affected by flight preparation, weather, and other external factors. We will provide the latest information available. 

Please ensure the shipping address is entered accurately.
Each address you specify, including the recipient address, is considered a separate order and may incur separate shipping charges.

Exchange Guide

When Exchanges and Returns Are Possible
Within 30 days of receiving the product. However, exchanges or returns are not possible if the packaging is damaged or opened, or if the product's value is diminished due to customer error.
If the provided goods or services differ from what was displayed or advertised, or are performed differently, exchanges or returns are possible within 3 days of the provision date or within 30 days of becoming aware of the discrepancy.
Cases Where Exchanges or Returns Are Not Possible : 
  • If the product is lost or damaged due to customer negligence. However, this excludes cases where the packaging was damaged solely for the purpose of inspecting the product's contents.
  • If the packaging is opened or damaged, resulting in a loss of product value.
  • If the value of the goods has significantly decreased due to use or partial consumption.
  • If the value of the goods has significantly decreased over time, making resale difficult.
  • If the packaging of a reproducible product is damaged. (For details, please refer to the Customer Center 1:1 email consultation.)
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected or abnormal/suspicious activity is detected in the account.
※ If you change your mind and wish to exchange or return the product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. (Includes color exchanges, size exchanges, etc.)

Replacements or returns due to product defects or company error will be processed without additional charges.

Refund Policy


If you request a refund within 30 days of the product being shipped or becoming available for pickup, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method after receiving the returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping cost and any applicable customs duties for the return. 

We aim to process refunds within 14 days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. However, returns for refunds are not permitted under the following specific conditions:

  • If the product is opened, contaminated, or damaged and cannot be used.
  • If the returned item does not match the item received.
  • If a refund request is submitted after the return and refund period has expired.
  • If fraudulent activity is suspected or abnormal/suspicious activity is detected on the account.


If the refund is due to a product defect or company error, we will process the refund without charging fees or requiring product return.

For credit card payments, we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent the charge from being billed. (However, depending on your credit card billing cycle, the charge may still appear on your statement. In such cases, the card issuer will process the refund when the next statement is issued.)

Rewards and Points Information

Period of Use

Points earned from orders will be converted into usable points 20 days after the delivery completion check.

These points are classified as non-usable points for 20 days. Non-usable points are points from orders that do not constitute actual purchases, reserved for situations such as returns or order cancellations.

Available points (Total points - Used points - Unavailable points) can be used immediately when purchasing products.

Terms of Use

Point Expiration Conditions
  • When canceling an order or requesting a refund, any points earned from the purchase will also be canceled.
